*As the Birth Center is NOT in-network with all insurances, some state and federally funded Insurance plans, may require that the midwife ONLY attend to one's labor and birth within a hospital setting.
Maria has hospital privileges at Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California, which is where she can personally manage your care.
Prenatal and postnatal appointments are all undertaken at our San Bernardino office.
OUT - OF - NETWORK
Payment for services is expected in full, from the client, by 36 weeks gestation. An interest-free payment plan option is available up to 36 weeks gestation.
At the end of your care, and upon request, we can provide you with a super bill that can be forwarded to your insurance, itemizing your out-of-network expenses.

Our business office will be more than happy to verify your insurance coverage. The small charge for this service will be credited to your account IF you remain with the practice for the duration of your pregnancy, birth, and puerperium.
