Payment for services is expected in full, from the client, by 36 weeks gestation. An interest-free payment plan option is available up to 36 weeks gestation.
At the end of your care, and upon request, we can provide you with a super bill that can be forwarded to your insurance, itemizing your out-of-network expenses.
Our business office will be more than happy to verify your insurance coverage. The small charge for this service will be credited to your account IF you remain with the practice for the duration of your pregnancy, birth, and puerperium.
